Recently I have been picking up some pieces of moveable metal type used in Letterpress so I can add text to my prints. This is the type printers used to print with, before other faster reproduction methods were used.
Photo above shows one small box of type (with some letters missing because I've just set them on the bed of my press!).
All type is locked into my press bed using the traditional Chase, Quoins, leads etc.
A simple example with some metal type and wood dividers is shown below.
