Returns
On receipt of goods, please check all items carefully before use / prior to engraving/carving for damage, flatness, height etc., and contact me if there is a problem. At this stage replacements or refunds can be arranged. No liability will be accepted for damaged / faulty items beyond full amount paid.
Items from stock may be returned within 30 days of receipt, and a full refund will be given if returned in unused and in resalable condition.
Items made to order / made bespoke may only be returned if faulty or damaged.
Items damaged in transit - either a replacement will be provided or a full refund. Note that items made to order will necessarily take a while to make - especially for pieces of larger timber as these need to 'rest' after cutting to take any stresses / twists out of the timber.

Other
Working with wood is potentially dangerous. Assess for all risks, take particular care of tool use, dust and splinters. Items designed for adult use only.
